Central Florida is widely known for theme parks and hotels, but it is also home to the most romantic LGBTQ-friendly wedding venues in the state of Florida. The region offers some of the most picturesque wedding sites encompassing glamorous, artistic, historic, chic, and whimsical Florida wedding landscapes.

Paradise Cove

13245 Lake Bryan Drive. Orlando, FL 32821

Draped in palm and cypress trees and located on a private “beach front” of Lake Bryan, Paradise Cove is one of the most romantic wedding venues in all of Central Florida – and it’s LGBTQ-friendly, too! Paradise Cove gives you all of the Florida feels located amongst the tourist district of Central Florida. This outdoor venue offers a ceremony space perfectly positioned overlooking the lake, a cocktail hour on the patio with a tiki bar, and a reception just steps away in a coastal-style wooden pavilion. The property has lush tropical vibes and the best part – you can “walk down the aisle” by arriving on a speed boat. What!?

The Paradise Voice was also won the 2016 and 2019 Watermark Wave Awards as a Favorite LBGTQ-Friendly Wedding Venue in Central Florida.

Dr. Phillips Art Center

445 S. Magnolia Avenue Orlando, FL 32801

Although more urban than romantic, the Dr. Phillips Art Center is located in the heart of Downtown Orlando and offers numerous stunning ceremony and reception options. A popular LGBTQ destination for arts and culture, the Dr. Phillips Art Center is also a perfect wedding venue. The industrial canvas of the building can be transformed to the taste and style of any couple.

If you are craving romance and views, the DeVos Family Room is our recommended reception space. The room is has three glass window walls and an option to open the glass walls up to highlight the downtown Orlando skyline. The balcony is another option for the wedding ceremony. You’ll love the views of Downtown Orlando. If you are looking for a venue with panoramic skyline views, customizable modern space and fashion forward photos, this is your place.
