The Big Cypress National Preserve Swamp Visitor Center offers the public a multitude of opportunities to experience the Preserve.

Exhibits
The visitor center offers indoor and outdoor exhibits related to the natural and cultural history of the Big Cypress Swamp, printed information and a preserve film that shares the stories of the swamp, its resources and myriad recreational opportunities.
Available Facilities
Florida National Parks Association Preserve store. Public restrooms. National Park Service staff are available to assist visitors with information about available activities.
Auditorium Reservations
Are you searching for a facility to hold your upcoming meeting? The welcome center’s auditorium is available for reservation. Learn more about reserving the auditorium.
Art Exhibitions & Demonstrations
Art exhibits are often on display in the auditorium throughout the year. A new photography exhibited tilled ” A Journey Across the Greater Everglades” by local artist Sandee Harraden will be on display starting December 20th. Learn more about artwork in the preserve.
Open daily, 9:00-4:30 pm. The welcome center is closed December 25.
