Tampa Bay Bears is a legally incorporated charitable organization that uses membership dues and social functions to raise money for our community. TBB charges a nominal annual membership fee, gives all revenue in excess of expenses and reserves back to the community.
We have monthly meetings, social events, (dine-outs, movies, bars, beach days, fundraisers) and other events.
We promote our group in a positive light. Volunteering is an important way the bears give back to our community.

Mission
Our Mission: Tampa Bay Bears is a gay, male brotherhood organization created to promote fellowship and social bonding among “Bears” (hirsute men), “cubs,” Levis/Leather men and admirers of all of the former. The Club strives to provide a safe network for singles and couples to socialize regularly, where all members treat each other with respect. We seek to promote positive inter-club relations within the local, regional, national, and international bear and Levi/Leather communities. We also encourage a positive public image of the Bear Community within the larger, global community.
Membership is open to any male voted into the group who is hirsute or admires hirsute men. There are no physical characteristics required for membership.
